Die Zucchini waschen und grob w\u00fcrfeln. Die Br\u00fche erhitzen. Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln waschen und in Ringe schneiden. Waln\u00fcsse grob zerbr\u00f6ckeln.<\/li><li>Butter in einem Topf erhitzen und die Zwiebel darin glasig d\u00fcnsten. Zucchiniw\u00fcrfel, Knoblauch und Reis hinzuf\u00fcgen und 2 Minuten mitd\u00fcnsten.<\/li><li>Alles nach Belieben mit dem Wein abl\u00f6schen. Wein kurz verk\u00f6cheln lassen und die Br\u00fche angie\u00dfen. Reis unter gelegentlichem R\u00fchren nach Packungsanweisung bei schwacher Hitze k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/li><li>Kurz vor Ende der Garzeit K\u00e4se, Zwiebeln und Waln\u00fcsse unterr\u00fchren. Risotto kurz ziehen lassen.
