Eigelb mit Mehl, Milch, Salz, Backpulver und Zucker zu einem glatten Teig verarbeiten und 10 Min. ruhen lassen.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eiwei\u00dfe zu einem stabilen Eischnee schlagen\u00a0und vorsichtig unter den Teig heben.\u00a0Anschlie\u00dfend die Rosinen hinzugeben.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 EL\u00a0Butter in eine Pfanne geben und bei mittlerer Temperatur einen knusprigen Pfannkuchen braten.
