In einem gro\u00dfen Topf reichlich\u00a0Wasser\u00a0zum Kochen bringen und die Linsen darin f\u00fcr\u00a015-20 Minuten\u00a0ohne Deckel leise k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In einer gro\u00dfen\u00a0Sch\u00fcssel\u00a0vermengst Du die Linsensalat\u00a0Dressing-Zutaten\u00a0mit einem Schneebesen:\u00a07 EL\u00a0Oliven\u00f6l, 3 EL\u00a0Balsamico, 1 EL\u00a0Zitronensaft, 1 TL\u00a0Zitronenschalen-Abrieb,\u00a02 TL\u00a0Salz, 1 TL\u00a0Senf, 1 TL\u00a0Honig, 1 TL gemahlenen\u00a0Kreuzk\u00fcmmel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die 40 g frische\u00a0Petersilie\u00a0und 2 g\u00a0Minzebl\u00e4tter\u00a0w\u00e4schst Du und schneidest sie fein. 100 g\u00a0M\u00f6hren\u00a0mit dem\u00a0Sparsch\u00e4ler\u00a0sch\u00e4len, 1\/2\u00a0Salatgurke\u00a0waschen und entkernen, von 150 g\u00a0Stangensellerie\u00a0die Bl\u00e4tter entfernen und waschen, 1\u00a0Spitzpaprika\u00a0waschen und entkernen und alles in\u00a0kleine W\u00fcrfel\u00a0schneiden. Den Bund\u00a0Fr\u00fchlingszwiebel\u00a0putzen und waschen und in schmale Ringe schneiden.
