Gouda)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kr\u00e4uter nach Geschmack (Basilikum, Petersilie)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zubereitung:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gem\u00fcse vorbereiten:<\/strong><br>Paprika, Zucchini und Zwiebeln mit etwas \u00d6l, Salz, Pfeffer und Oregano vermengen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Anbraten \u2013 zwei M\u00f6glichkeiten:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pfanne:<\/strong> Gem\u00fcse portionsweise in einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze ca. 5\u20137 Minuten anbraten, bis es leicht gebr\u00e4unt ist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Airfryer:<\/strong> Gem\u00fcse bei 180\u202f\u00b0C ca. 10\u201312 Minuten r\u00f6sten, zwischendurch durchsch\u00fctteln.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gnocchi anbraten (optional, aber empfohlen):<\/strong><br>In einer Pfanne mit etwas \u00d6l goldbraun anbraten \u2013 au\u00dfen knusprig, innen weich.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sauce zubereiten:<\/strong><br>In der Pfanne 2 EL Tomatenmark kurz mitr\u00f6sten (1 Minute), dann die st\u00fcckigen Tomaten zugeben. Mit Paprikapulver, Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Alles Gem\u00fcse und Gnocchi in der Pfanne mischen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Backen:<\/strong><br>Alles in eine gro\u00dfe Auflaufform geben.
